Well guys, guess what. I did not work out yesterday. Usually this makes me feel like complete shit even if I'm taking one day off a week. It truly sucks. Fortunately, I have decided to start the C25K program, which gradually increases running time over 9 weeks until you can jog 3 miles without stopping. By all means do think I'm pathetic for not being able to complete 3 miles. As of right now I can do about 12 seconds. Give or take a few huge panting sessions on my part.
So here's the deal! I'm going to do this Sundays, Mondays, and Wednesdays. Also, I have yoga on mondays and my abs/cardio class on tuesdays and thursdays. Lemme tell you, I haven't been doing the classes long enough to have lost inches or anything, but the definition in my arms compared to when I started is bogus. When I flex, something actually happens. Movement. Pretty freaking cool.
Another delightful thing happened to me today, and I won't lie, I wasn't expecting it. I had chosen to dip into my ever-decreasing savings and buy a resistance band, yoga ball, jumprope, and meausring cups all from the most notable and enjoying online product distributor in the world, AMAZON, and out of the blue my mom said she'd get it all.
Yes, tis true. I payed nothing. Like I said, delightful.
So folks, I'll be going to my cardio class today and burning off the spoonful of peanutbutter I had at lunch, attempting to attend my friends orchestra concert half an hour after without smelling like sweaty socks, and completing an english assignment I should've done last week (due tomorrow).

pps - that cuteass dog is now the size of a basilisk and is somehow still that cute. He's mine, as well.
