All the better to see you with my dear

I apologize. I have not posted in almost 2 weeks. ashamed/woe is me. Since it's been long and I can't explain all I've eaten and done in the past two weeks, I'll tell you what I've done today. Do not expect any kind of excitement for today, except for the fact that I think my lame english project is not a big deal at all...and I've dreaded it for weeks. Decades. Just Weeks.

What I ate today: Breakfast - steel cut oats with cinnamon and milk. I also took all my many pills for all my various issues. so. many. issues. Lunch: small, thin mini pizza and tomato soup. Snack- fiber one cereal with cut up bananas and a scoopful of protien powder. I've come to the conclusion that may 3lb weight gain is from all the bodacious muscles I'm building, which I am very proud of.
I have not worked out today, and its quite ironic because i have just eaten that bowl of cereal i described, and im watching the exercise tv channel watching people work out.

But i'm trying something new! Its a challenge or something to hold plank for like 5 minutes or something bogus and unattainable. I am totally going to do it. okay gang. thats all.
