
To get down and dirty. Yesterday, I went jogging (the C25K intervals) and successfully completed it with the exception of one runnning interval! I was so proud. The whole process felt much shorter than the first time I did it, and I think I enjoyed it a bit more. Also, I was wearing my supercool aviators which we all know elevates one to badass status. The best news though is that: MY KNEE IS OKAY! This is particularly awesome, because now I know I can keep working on running. I will be a running machine by the end of summer! But not only a running machine. I shall bike, for all my friends have recently come forth and expressed an interest in biking, and I really, really want to start rollerblading again. I am a self-proclaimed child progidy in the area od rollerblades, but after an accident when I was 8 I never thought about starting it up again. Thank you sunday jog for allowing me to see not only many good-looking men running around all sweaty but also a man rollerblading gracefully and powerfully next to me a few times. There's nothing more like inspiration and art than an athletic body.
So here goes today/what Iate:
For breakfast: A delcious grilled cashew butter and blueberry jam sandwich I got off another healthy blogger's website, with a glass of Soymilk. Snack: Carrots! Lovely noise displacer in third period. Lunch: Kashi bar, pudding cup, and a spoonfull of peanut butter. After school: spinach smoothie, rice and chicken a little later. Dinner: organic oatmeal with cinnamon and applesauce!
I'm pushing todays calories since I had some snack sized nutterbutters earlier waiting for the oatmeal to get ready, so I'll keep the rest of my snacking to carrote or a piece of fruit.
For working out: I wanted to go to the gym today but my demonic and possessed stomach took over around third period and has onlybut just since let go. So, if the treacherous wind outside doesnt blow my house over, I'll try and get my bike fixed, and if it does, I guess I'll be dead. Or I'll workout on the precor.
GOAL WITHIN TONIGHT: CARDIO 50 MINUTES BABY WOOHHOOOOO
