
I'm tired so this will be short, just a heads up.
food:
breakfast-grits and a banana, lunch - pb&j sandwich, afterschool - flatbread subway, dinner? - spoonful. it was a good day food-wise.
exercise: NEW RECORD: 27 MINUTES ON STAIRSTEPPER. and 20 minutes on treadmill with my heartrate at 170 the whole time. To my utter delight there is a man who is at the gym everyday I am, on the stairstepper next to me, who might just be tyson beckford, if not his exact genetic clone. I am beyond thrilled, for he is simply statuesque and godly.
I'm going to crank out my plank moves in a few, we'll see just how weak I am then. Otherwise, I've had a lovely day. and evening! I now know someone that loves tropic thunder as much as I do, and my life might be complete.
