
Not only am I feeling lazy...but I've been craving cookie dough for the last 3 hours. I haven't had any yet, but I am taking my angst out on a poor watermelon that has completely lost the interior of its belly. I will now apologize to the watermelon.
Dear Watermelon, I am sorry. I have ferociously and without mercy ripped out your insides and fed them to myself. I am even sorrier to say I thoroughly enjoyed it, even though what I really want is cookie dough. This is what a faithful health buff does when she can't satisfy her sweet tooth. I wish I could restore you to your natural beauty and eat you properly and with the grace of someone who truly wanted you, but alas, the damage is irreversible. Hokay foodies for today:
Breakfast-oatmeal. with milk and cinnamon. Snack - cheesestick and chocolate milk (i know, i slipped. the second ingredient was high fructose corn syrup - sick!) lunch - half ham sandwich, 2 bites of a salad, and some wheat bread. i had two small cookies as well:( Between then and now - a bigass watermelon.
Workout: my friend and I are planning a workout freakout fun session in my living room with the expendable resources of evercisetv on demand. so, so convenient. So, I'd say about 300 calories today exercise-wise.
